Our Institute is a member of the elite Conférence des Formations d’Excellence du Tourisme (CFET) and of the AACSB global business education network. We are also the only hospitality school member of the Hotel Schools of Distinction network.

International Hospitality Management trains future leaders for success in the hospitality, tourism and luxury sectors. Ranked 1st in Eduniversal ranking since 2009.

International Food Service Management will prepare you for a career as a food service expert, able to work in a range of environments, from fast to traditional food, street food to gastronomic restaurants, franchises to independent outlets, and from commercial to institutional catering

Our Masters:

International Hospitality Management will equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a leading manager on the world hospitality scene.

Research and Innovation

Our Center for Food and Hospitality Research plays a major role in identifying future practices in the field of hospitality, food service and culinary arts management. Unique among the major international hospitality management schools, it focuses on studying the relationship between humans and food according to three main complementary themes: health/wellness – taste/pleasure – economics/management.
